During yesterday's presentation, the distinguished guests were addressed by the Skyline Belgrade Project CEO Mr. Adir El Al, H.E. Ambassador Ms. Alona Fisher-Kamm and the Mayor of Belgrade, Siniša Mali.

The Skyline Belgrade Project CEO Mr. Adir El Al greeted guests before emphasising the following:
“It is my great pleasure to present to you another prestigious and successful project by AFI Europe - the residential-commercial complex Skyline Belgrade, which we will start constructing very soon.
This complex will provide high-end modern amenities and luxury to its residents at prestigious downtown location, not far from Belgrade's key landmarks and diplomatic missions in Kneza Miloša Street. Upon completion of the complex and near-by "Gazelle" Park, this location will have its former glory restored. We are proud of the fact that this 200-million euro investment would create many new jobs and would contribute to the Serbian economy. I would like to use this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation to the Government of Serbia and Belgrade City authorities for their cooperation, good relations and trust which they have placed in us”.

H.E. Ambassador Ms. Alona Fisher-Kamm proceeded by saying: "It makes me very proud to witness launching of the company’s third project which, as its’ name actually says, will redesign the Skyline of Belgrade. Continuous and growing Israeli investments in Serbia are not only an expression of the Israeli investors’ confidence in Serbia but first of all expression of the Belgradians’ confidence in them."

Mr. Siniša Mali, Mayor of Belgrade, used this opportunity to state: "Skyline Belgrade is one of the great projects that will change the panorama of Belgrade and represents one of the new, perhaps the most beautiful, symbols of the city. This is a proof that a growing number of investors believe in our country and our city, which shows that we have became a country attractive for investment."
